Mount Dora is giving buyers and sellers a more mixed market picture this month. Compared with last July, there are more homes available and more new listings entering the market, while closed sales and the median sale price are slightly lower. At the same time, pending sales increased 17%, suggesting buyer activity may be strengthening even though July’s completed sales were softer.
