Eustis had an active July, with more homes selling, prices holding above last year, and a substantial increase in homes going under contract. At the same time, buyers had fewer homes available to choose from than they did a year ago. Taken together, the numbers point to healthy buyer activity in Eustis, although the 12-month price history shows that prices can move considerably from one month to the next.
